Typical chinese service
at check in staff lied saying all superior rooms are twins so they didnt have to give me the king bed i booked. Asked to dhl a sample to a client only to find out the next it was not sent. Taxi to airport was dodgy and more expensive than usual. Typical old chinese style hotel

No free wifi, not a true 5 star hotel
Breakfast, staff friendliness, location
It was alright, but furniture inside room were a bit old. Very disappointed that there is no free wifi Everywhere, including public areas :( felt that it's not 5 star hotel standard

near to the city , easy to access, security
Generally, the overall stay is good. The only thing I am not really satisfied with the Hotel not being able to provide a Free WiFi. As the wifi is now very common, most of the outlets is providing free wifi, the hotel management should look at this area of improvement as this is also one of the main item when customer selecting a hotel stay
