Good, but there's always room for improvement.

The location of the hotel was good , near to local shops and also to tourist attraction. 10 mins walk away from shopping complex hence meals was not an issue. The hotel's lift was under upgrading works when I was there, so it was a bit tough carrying the luggage up the stairs.
The noise isolation can be improved though, along with the staff's service.

Hotel's location was good , but sound isolation was inadequate as the room was beside the main road. Noises from the cars and people outside can reach the room. Internet access was fair, no problem connect. Rooms are maintained quite well with clean sheets.

Nice hotel - close to the Bund
Easy walking distance to the Bund, clean room, helpful staff if you speak Mandarin....

the second time we stayed here, it is comfortable, reasonably priced, and close to the bund and nanjing rd shopping and entertainment..
we didn't find the restaurant in the hotel so no comments on the food etc...
found an excellent little restaurant up the street - with red doors, down the steps, and great food... and cheap.. always busy at meal times..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The red bus tours are great value, the views from the pearl tower are spectacular, Nanjing road at night is fascinating... as is the Bund, and enjoy an evening of Jazz at the Peace Hotel... just great.
