It was totally good, their staff are helpful and accommodating , rooms are not so big buts its ok , bathroom was ok it's just their a smell of Chinese food I wondering why where it comes from.

free shuttle service from pvg (15rmb each if from hotel to pvg).

friendly staff but they speak little english
15 mins from pvg.
quiet area.
negative:
little molds in the shower enclosure (not on the floor)
smoking is allowed in the hallways so it smells bad.
funny that there is a no smoking sign inside the room but they still provided an ashtray with match in the room.
heat is max at 30 degrees but it was still quite chilly. maybe we just don't know how to operate the remote since it's in chinese.
few english channel on tv
breakfast was buffet style but all are chinese dishes.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
this hotel is good if you are just staying overnight. not recommended for longer periods of stay. if flying in late at night or very early morning and you need to take a rest, this hotel will do. we got in at 12:30am and left at 9am the other day to catch the train to the city.

We arrived very late with no copy of our ebooking. The staff were quick to identify our needs and were very friendly and courteous. At breakfast, the staff were eager to meet our needs.
The shuttle was prompt clean and safely driven to the airportt

It is quite far from hotel to airport. Airport taxi was confused for this hotel 's location and said that is quite dangerous for those for one person staying.
Surrounding hotel is just only one restaurant and mini market. It seems like very scary and dangerous if only one person stay.
Hotel provides service sending guest to airport by just only 15 RMB. It is also provide pick up service ruby need to early information.
Staff is good in service.
