Heater switch not working properly. Called up 4 times to "service counter".. Only answer we have.. "Yes sir, we'll send our technician right away." Trust me.. No-one turns up, and I managed the heater over and over again by myself by luck.
Sitting water closet not working properly... Gone next door to my aunt's room to use theirs.

great location but not at the main street

We booked 5 deluxe rooms, but we got a room different than what we thought by seeing in the pictures, the room was small and dirty. So we change the room and pay another 200 rmb for each room, and we got a bigger an cleaner room, but the tiles are so dirty it got some stains and the walls also dirty, and the toilets floor is reaaly dirty, overall the hotel looks nice if you dont look at the floor. and also they have a very old and bad elevator.

hotel is near the subway, about 5 minutes walk. however the hotel staff told us of a different subway which is 20minuts away. we only found out about the nearby subway on our last day
breakfast was great and affordable. and kids are not charged unlike most of the other hotels we encountered
rooms are small and we requested for upgrade. and no standard between each room. some have bigger bed. some are cleaner. some have bathtub (we have 5 rooms in total)

地點雖然不是在大街, 但也不太難找, 在地鐵站出口附近, 步行不用五分鐘到酒店, 酒店街口有派出所, 酒店大堂有咖啡廳感覺不錯.
Travel tip:
晚上要走遠一點才有東西吃, 步行太約十分鐘才有東西吃.

房間很新, 步行 15 mins 可到南京路步行街.不滿意點房間燈光稍嫌不足 , 我住豪華房都沒有浴缸，酒店說只有住 King size bedroom房間才有浴缸. 好像Agoda提供房間照片設施沒有此信息.請修改.

整體來說 Hotel 位置是我們第一次到上海的4星級飯店一晚約630元 (deluxe room)is okay. 酒店位置不錯,房間很新,走不遠就是步行街,周邊很多食肆,坐地鐵到哪裡都方便.

位置較難找, 去之前從其他網站得知要坐地鐵一號線至新閘路站6號口出, agoda沒有提示! 當地司機也不大懂去, 要說去新閘路126號, 近西藏中路一帶左轉入小巷才懂.

附近除了地鐵1號出口有麥當奴之外, 好像見不到有食店

위치 좋고 깔끔한 호텔
방에서 와이파이 되는 점, 지하철역에서 가까운 점

저희는 유아동반이라 이동이 편리해야 해서, 시내 중심부와 가깝고 지하철역과 가까운 곳으로 고른 호텔입니다.
인민광장까지 도보로 20분 정도... 충분히 걸어다닐만 하구요, 저희는 걷는 걸 좋아해서 호텔에서 외탄까지도 걸어갔네요.
가장 가까운 지하철역인 Xinzha 역에서는 도보 3분 정도? 근데 호텔이 큰 길가에 있는 게 아니라서 처음엔 좀 찾기 어렵습니다. 호텔 주소가 적힌 지도를 출력해 가시는 게 좋아요.
호텔 직원들 적당히 친절하고 영어 의사소통 가능합니다.
수건, 칫솔, 생수, 실내화 등은 매일 새로 갖다 주고요... 이불이나 베개 커버는 매일 갈지는 않는 것 같았어요.
방에서 와이파이 되는 게 참 좋더군요.
전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다.
Restaurant Tip:
호텔 맞은편에도 식당이 하나 있는데 이용은 해보지 않았구요, 걸어서 인민광장 쪽으로 가서 식사하면 됩니다. 그리 멀지 않으니 식사 후 산책 삼아 호텔까지 걸어오면 돼요.
