(1) the view is fantastic.
(2) the rooms are well arranged.
(3)the Gym is very good including a swimming pool.
(4) excellent location - next to the Nanjing mall-road, and subway station.
(1) they should offer also a non-expensive meals.
(2) there is no coffee-shop.
My impression is that this is a 5-star Hotel located in an excellent site, and offers excellent facilities. There is a little confusion of the two-set of elevators, one to go from the street level to the Lobby level (20th floor), and one to go to the rooms. However, there are always there people to help. It will be advised to give to people coming overview of restaurants and their locations in Shanghai as I had some difficulties to obtain it from the concierge.
