I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing, and they speak English very well. They helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was simple, but more than adequate. The hotel was very quiet. The only time I saw or heard anyone was in the lobby. I didn't see any children while I was there. We booked the studio and the small suite and both were more than large enough. The bathrooms were very comfortable. Another great aspect of the hotel was the location. It was right across from the ferry so we walk across the street and board the ferry to get across the water. We walked to the Bund, the TV tower, the port where the river cruises depart, nanjing road, and the shanghai museum. I would definitely stay here again.

Best ever view to Bund in Shanghai
luxury, location and location again!

Les Suites is not the most known luxury hotel at Bund but it has certainly the best view and location - where else you can get full panorama of famous quay along with mermerazing view to skyscrapers at the opposite site of the river (you need to stay at Bund Studio, of cource). Quality is also in place - large rooms, marble bathrooms, adundant breakfast and well-trained staff.
