This is my 2nd stay in there. Not much change since 2 years ago. Renovation of some area is needed. However it's still reasonably clean. It's a service apartment. It makes you feel like home. It is right on the metro station with shopping center. So it is very convenient.

Wifi in the room was most convenient if you don't care too much about the condition of the apartment and the non existing service apart from the not so friendly welcome

I may consider a return stay if I am travelling on my own for the convenience of the location and close proximity to the shops and substation. However, I found a better hotel within the same building for the same price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a underground train ride to Nanjing East Road or Huaihai Road for a shopping spree even if you just intent to window shop.

Good stay need to choose the right room

it is not the first time i stay in this service apartment.
the location is great and everything is fine.
the two issues:
1) if they give you the room in the wrong side of the building, the mrt is really noisy at night.
2) the cooks cost for rental fee which is not mentioned in booking.

I have a big suitcase and come from hongqiao airport so I am looking for somewhere not far from the airport subway station.
This service apartment is located withi 1 mins from exit 7 of zhongshan park station. my flight was at 0725am and I had no problem to catch the first train to the airport at 0548am in Zhangshan Park.
The room is fine: bit out of date but acceptable. The only issue : the cookers are not free.I have to pay 30 RMB for borrowing usage which was not mentioned in booking condition.
Shopping Tip:
There is a big electronics shop inside Zhongshan subway station. I had an urgent request for iphone cable and I bought it there.They open the shop until 10pm.

good location but limited housekeeping

Generally, i liked the location of the hotel since it was close to two metro lines. We traveled with my family and the room was well decorated to accommodate 4 people. However, the housekeeping was not thorough. It was difficult to find the reception. The hotel was apartment converted to hotel.

great location with beautiful Zhongshan Park

This is my second time in this hotel, my last visit was two years ago during Expo 2010 . I like this hotel because its near the MRT (less than one minute walk), and most of all the Zhongshan park . I went to the park every morning, I can see the local folks doing exercise and I can try on the local street food. This hotel is value for money.

Conveniently located near to the subway which can take you directly either way to both the domestic and international airports. Just across the street from Cloud 9, a major shopping mall so you can shop and eat at any number of restaurants there.

clean and tidy room,good enough for me, retired traveler.
no frill service,but part timer reception is friendly.
when I stayed, my room's electricity was totally out of power.
It took 30 min to chang room, but the staff played it straight.
i did not feel bad.

Very good location: Zhongshan park subway station is just around the corner. We can take the subway line 2 to Pudong or Hongqiao airport and local attractions directly without any interchange. Shops, bars, supermarkets, 24h store/grocery are easy to access. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Thanks for their lovely drinks and snacks (free!).

- it's so nice to have a small kitchen, microwave and small washing machine.
- great location which near to the sub way exit.
- fews mins walk to department store which have super market on the basement and alot of choices of restaurant there.
- near park, great place to see the people out in the evening with the family and kids.
Hotel Feature Tip:
- need to get the elevator at the first floor (escalator doesn't work) which near to the security booth then goes up to the second floor, walk to the right hand side to get to the main entrance then from second floor take elevator to 13th floor to room 1310 then they will assign the room for you. i got the room 2109 on 21st floor.
