Nice and large hotel, a little far from center

I stayed there for 2 nights, rooms were very confortable and hotel seems to be clean with a nice and young cool feeling.
few things i didn't like is that the nearest subway station is about 15 min walk. By taxi to the bund it's about 50RMB

Hotel fine, position not the best

No one at reception spoke English. When we arrived they refused to accept our voucer, said we must pay after ,many phone calls
they did finally accept it, but only after we paid a hefty deposit which when we left was refunded minus about 20%, due to their lack
of English we couldn't make them understand and we just left. I think must write the booking in Chinese on their vouchers, no one can read English.

初めの部屋はエアコンが故障で、チェンジした部屋はかび臭いにおいが隠ってて、お奨めできない。
セキュリティは良く、エレベーターも、部屋のカードキーをタッチしないと動かないシステム。

チェックインは、何事もなくできたが、チェックアウト時はトラブル！！！！
ａｇｏｄａからの、入金が確認ない？ Ｈｏｔｅｌ Ｖｏｕｃｈｅｒを示しても、
そのような書類は初めて見た？といい、その場での支払いを求められた。
早朝５：３０であり、また飛行機の時間が８：４０でホテルからタクシーでも
約１時間必要なため、しぶしぶカードにて支払った。 おすすめできない！！
