I stay here regularly. It is always good value. Comfortable bed, fantastic location, kitchenette. The only thing negative about this stay though was the windows. We were on the 13th floor and the windows in the lounge room were very dangerous. They opened right up and there is a window ledge that a child could easily stand on and possibly fall out of the window. This is the first time we have come across this problem in this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, only need around 5-10 mins to the Metro Station. The room is clean and big, the price is reasonable and quit cheap actually if you order a big room (with 3 bedrooms). Suitable for a family to stay in and quite a lot of foreigner stay here. There is supermarket nearby and we can cook in the room as it got a pantry.
A little disappointed point is we need to borrow the cooking requirement and it also charge us for RMB $4, although it’s not much $, but it is a kind of unreasonable as u provide a pantry without any free pans/pots.

Ideal for family with young children. Staff are attentive. Location is the best.

We have a very pleasant stay at New Harobour, for a family with young children are like we're staying at home. There is a small kitchen and living room. We all have fun. There are a few food stores nearby, easy connect with underground train.
