We enjoyed the 2 bedroom apartment style room.
Having multiple rooms to stretch in and cook/eat in, city views, breakfast buffet.
8.7
The room was great with lots of space, comfortable, clean and bright. Our biggest challenge in visiting China was finding food that we were familiar with/or could read what it was from the menu. It was nice to be able to use the kitchen and dining room to prepare some of our meals. It was also nice to keep the family together in one room but have separate bedrooms so everyone had their own space to sleep. The breakfast was expensive but had a nice variety of Chinese and western foods. There were a lot of extra fees that I did not expect, the most frustrating was that to use the internet you were charged a per hour fee each time you opened it. The business center also charged to use the computer and charged per page to print. The location was within walking distance to shopping, People's Square, Old Town and the Bund.

Great Location, Great Value, Great Amenities
Generally Clean, Rooms are Comfortable, Has quick access to special places of interests in Shanghai

Our stay in the hotel is generally satisfactory. The hotel staff is easy to deal with, and it has adequate amenities. Also, we have easy time going around Shanghai because of its proximity in major transport access.

Has everything that I need
Location, affordable, nice neighbourhood
7.7
The suite had two small rooms and a large bathroom. The bedroom window was large, and could be opened: fresh air! Comfortable big bed. Sitting room had comfortable small sofa and a large easy chair, both remarkably well lit for reading from ceiling spotlights. As a work area, not so good: small table and no table lamp. Bath with smallish tub, but lots of hot water. Big bathroom; nice.
We found it a reasonably pleasant place for sitting, reading, and TV, not just a sleeping place. We would have been happy to stay for several days.
The location was so good: 3 or so blocks to Nanjing Road, but the area around the hotel was real Chinese, not Nanjing Road commercial. Lots of small stores: 7-11 type, bakeries, clothing, fruit.
Two small negatives. Hotel description (Agoda) says this small suite has kitchen facilities. Don't count on it: fridge, electric kettle, that's it. Microwave in cupboard. No dishes, not even one spoon. I gather you can pay for more kitchen facilities. But I suggest that you ask before paying for a reservation, if even minor cooking is desired. Second quibble is that the nice large TV was in the bedroom, and no TV in the sitting area. Not too great an arrangement if two people have different wishes about TV viewing.
Summary: this was an excellent (choice for a reasonable price (abut $91) in the heart of the downtown.

Good for Family
Big Room, Clean, Easy to Subways

I have 2 rooms for 3 person, it's ok. But small room air condition was not work, Staff can fix it within a hour. Our refrigerator had a problem, it was changed in a few minute. After that was satisfied to stay. Big & Clean Room. About 5 minutes to nearest subway. Around hotel has 2 small super market.
