Is 20-30 min by taxi from the city centre This hotel is the best priced 5 star in Shanghai, I made the mistake of moving out during my stay and found the next hotel to be sub standard in comparison. The quality of care and service you receive at this hotel is second to none. I have stayed here now three times during the past three years and have not been disappointed once. You will also find some flight crews staying here which usually means that they to believe it is also one of the best hotels in Shanghai.

Rooms are big and bright, staff are friendly and the hotel has a warm touch the moment i stepped into the lobby. Have no regrets choosing this hotel as the service was good, value for money and the warm feeling i get upon stepping into the hotel.

convenient location (connect to subway)\ngood service(smooth check in small room\nshower curtain smells bad\nno hair conditioner It is third times for me to use this hotel, and I always had comfortable stay. Hotel staff are kind and helpful considering China standard. Room is a bit small and amenities like hair conditioner is missing, but definately it is a value for money hotel and I will continue to use whenever I visit Shanghai.
