Close to metro station, clean, good view towards Lujiazui

There aren't many good eating options very close to the hotel, but the metro station is nearby so that's not a big problem

The room was clean and a decent size. The view across to Lujiazui was great. The staff were polite. The free drink on arrival was a nice touch. Overall, I was more than happy with this hotel for my one-night stay and would consider staying there again on my next trip to Shanghai. A taxi from the hotel to Pudong Airport costs about RMB 130.

Excellent gym/spa facilities, staff who are keen to try their English, and extremely prompt service (laundry and room service).

The use of their computers is relatively expensive to other hotels (and hostels), and due to the construction in Pudong, it can be expensive (by Chinese standards) to rely on taxis for an extended duration.

The rooms are extremely well provisioned with great views on all fronts. The staff were very helpful. I didn't try the restaurants but sampled the room service menu for a late lunch and was pleased with the quality of food and prompt service. The gym and pool were a particular highlight.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Pudong side of the Bund is a great evening stroll with less hawkers, better views and a large number of cafes to sample local and imported fare.

The rooms are big and clean enough for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and there are a lot to explore around the hotel. Not bad for the money we paid.

*could get a view for the city at the high floor. *shower is good (compared to most of hotels in China) with hot water and enough pressure. *close to subway station (5~10mins walk)

*room carpet is a bit filthy. *need to pay for the internet services.

the main road (HouHaiDaDao) is in construction while i was staying so that Taxi Drivers dose not want to drive to that area, tried to use the sub way and walk about 1~2kms to the hotel. Hotel is Ok, but just a novel business hotel.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : very close to the Maglev station for airport transportation.

Room rate is acceptable

location is not good

Room rate was very good. Room was clean but the room size was quite small. The location was not good since it needed to take taxi to the commercial area of Shanghai. Moreover, it has a lot of construction site near to the hotel now. It causes air and noise pollution. So, overall comment is not so good, but also not so bad.

It's a good hotel for business visits since it's very near to the down town.

A bit far from the major attractions and shopping areas. The braodband internet charges are a bit expensive but however the hotel allow free wifi at the lobby areas.

Good choice of hotel for long stay in Shanghai..the train is about 500 meters from the hotel and taxi is quite resonable i guess.

Nightlife Tip : The most attractions are cross the bridge but however it is good play to stay for business purpose

the city view is awesome and enjoyable... best hotel so far with the view... i would prefer the city view compare to the river view. the lobby was nice.. the staff is very friendly and very helpful.

the taxis do not know or understand English at all so it was very hard to communicate or to get where you want.

this hotel is wonderful and definitely worth staying for the price. very spacious room and well cleaned. receptionist and concierge are very helpful and probably the only people that can speak English. tips on getting a train ticket to Hangzhou is just pay the concierge to get you the ticket because its only a 5 minute walk from the hotel to get the ticket instead of buying it from the hotel because they charge more for it. the concierge has all the information bout shanghai and where to go from this magazine that they have.

Restaurant Tip : get all the restaurant tip from the concierge.

Very nice hotel. Good rooms and staff

Location

We stayed in this hotel for two days in Shanghai. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are spacious and clean. Food was good and the staff friendly. The only thing we did not like was the location. There is nothing there of interest in a walking distance and it was a bit hard to get any tips from the staff where to go.

Location, food on site, easy access to transportation.

Rooms need renovation. The room was not clean

Novotel Atlantis is a skyscraper, with many rooms. The rooms are comfortable but need replacement of furniture and carpets. The food is quite good and there are several possibilities, a buffet breakfast is good and abundant food. This close to the metro and shopping streets of Shanghai. Taxis are easily available. The staff speaks little English, but they make themselves understood

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel is relatively close to the center of Shanghai exhibixiones. The center is also relatively close as well as commercial areas

There isn't busy in hotel lobby.

Unkind hotel step. It took over 30min to fix my TV cable. Taxi drivers had hard time to find the location. When i am using a pool, step member asked me to leave room key to him, which i don't understand.

I chose this hotel beCAUSE it has swimming pool and not expensive. Location is not that good So It takes a long time to walk to Super Brand Mall about 40 mins. Subway line 4 is close to walk just about 10 mins but most of good place to go are there in line 2 ^ ^; so you have to transfer.

Hotel Feature Tip : If you want peaceful place than this is the right place to stay. But some demerits are there such as unkind staff members and isolation from the city center.

Of the Pudong district baejeonghae see room for a great night

Check-in customer service for guests of the hotel biased insufficient

Stay in the hotel have a very good economical price. More hotels in step booking conditions, I could see.
