The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The service is very professionnel. I always go down to this hotel when I'm in Shanghai and strongly recommend it. There are a lot of restaurant nearby. And the MRT is just 7 mn walk from the hotel.

It is located a bit far from business or sightseeing epicentres but this should not frighten those who want real value for money. Anyway, average trip to the city centre by taxi will cost about 30 yuan which is not a disaster. There is a nice gym and swimming pool (it is, however, very cold to swim in winter time there and fans leave much to be desired). Think twice before visiting the Revolving Restaurant as the top-floor view multiplied by price of dishes and divided to their quality results in a rather disappointing experience. Generally, the hotel is nothing but really great. Shopping Tip: For shopping visit Huahai Rd or Nanjing Rd, it will cost you about 30 yuan to get there by taxi.

We booked a one bedroom deluxe it was more than enough for us in terms of space. Room had complete amenities and the bed was super comfortable. The sheets and towels were nice as well, you can tell they didn't cut corners and they paid attention to detail. The staff are friendly although language barrier is always a traveler's problem in Shanghai. Nevertheless, there is always someone on staff who can understand and speak English. No wifi in the room, although the TV has internet so we used that to surf. Although I suggest to the hotel to put wifi cause that would be a great addition. Travel tip: The walk to the nearest metro station is 10 minutes, it's still the best way to get around the city, but if you're not too concerned about budget, then you can just ask for the concierge to call you a cab. Also, before going around, as the front desk for a card from the hotel. It has directions and a map in Chinese to the hotel, so that you can just show that to the Taxi driver and not have a problem getting home.

It's quite easy to take a taxi. I don't like the location of the hotel cause there's no viewpoint,supermarket or restaraunt. And the road is construction nearby. The hotel room is very clean though it's a little bit small. And there's no WIFI.

It wasn't possible to charge restaurant and bar purchases to your room for some reason.. I have stayed in over hotels in Shanghai which offered far better service for the same price. There is a revolving restaurant on the top floor which was a nice feature.
