Families with older children Australia, February 25, 2013	Great hotel for the overnight stay in Shanghai. transport service to airport, hot water, and good size rooms 7 Had a great stay, easy check in, and helpful staff. Hotel Feature Tip: Get to the breakfast buffet at 7:00, the food goes quick and they don't replenish items.

Couples Malaysia, December 20, 2012	Disappointed Near to local shops and eateries 4.3 THe hotel is located in a pretty remote area and our taxi driver was having a hard time trying to locate it from Shanghai city centre. It was smacked right in the middle of a suburb area and is about 15-20 mins ride to the Pudong International Airport. Our room was okay, but not as pretty as shown in the photo. Toilet was acceptable, except for some stains on the floor and sink. Breakfast was only available from 7-9am, and we missed it. So no comment there. Another downside is that there wasn't any bell boy that help you with your luggage when you arrived.

Whole nite cant slp cos too hot. shower area flooded cos water cant drain away due to blockage. luckily its only for 1 day. cos we only manage to catch 2 hrs slp. location inconvenient.
