There was a band of old men from the 30th playing jazz in the Riverside restaurant which is decorated in a 1930's style, very nice!
- Travel tip : Ding Tai Fung: great dumplings at the Superbrand mall close to the hotel, and more restaurants which are better than the international and expensive ones by the river

I spent three nights in Oriental Riverside Hotel Shanghai for business, therefore I could enjoy Shanghai lifestyle and sightseeing only in the evening. I visited not many places, then I asked for late check-out and 2 pm was the latest.

This is a fairly 'balanced' hotel. Not anything to be 'wow' at but also sufficient to enjoy a comfortable stay.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : River crusie by Huangpu river just round the corner.
