New and Clean Hotel
Clean, Comfortable and Good Location

Newly renovated and clean hotel. Very nice and big bathroom. Staffs are friendly. Location is convenience. Reception at Level 12 (check in). Breakfast starts at 7am. We departed at 6.30am. We called reception to arrange early breakfast but they said early arrangement is needed. Thus, we missed the breakfast.

it was wonderfull.. 2 minutes to line 2 jingan temple metro station.. also 2 minutes to jingan temple.. very near to night clubs and bars.. big room , bathroom and extra comfortable bed and pillow

Comfortable and convenient located near subway

Room was comfortable with western style mattress, bathroom had a shower and separate bath tub, internet was free (ethernet and wireless), subway entrance was directly across the street for Line 2 and 7. Variety of food for breakfast was good and basically sufficient (it is not like a Shangri-La which has everything you could imagine). Hotel is not easily identified and hotel lobby is on the 12th floor.

New hotel - give it time

This hotel is recently opened - and you can certainly feel it - might take a bit of time to settle down. The sense of arrival is a bit awkward - there is no proper and clear signage on the road and the ground entrance has zero welcome - if the people hanging around on the street level are staff - you don't really get that sense (the actually lobby is on the 12th floor). Location is great - shopping, the convention centre, restaurants, MTR - all at your doorstep. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable - bathroom is palatial (though amenities are poor and harsh - don't use them!!). As the hotel is new - room service is working on limited hours - so make sure you know the times if you are looking for a quick bite in the late evening... English-skill is not a strong point, and I hope they improve this for staff in service areas - particularly room service and the service hotline. Give it some time - but overall this will be a great option if you need to be on Nanjing Rd.

It's our second stay at the hotel. The deluxe room has a giant bathroom with two sinks. It's great for couples travelling together. Another good thing about our stay was the extremely comfortable bed.
