When we arrived, staff don't speak English so it was a bit difficult to communicate with them. Rooms are so small, they don't even have the door for the toilet. But the price is okay, what do you expect for? Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: At nite try the river cruise, very good views of the Pearl Oriental Tower.

(Longish) walk to the bund. 6 The hotel is a (longish) walk from the bund - no problem for those who like to walk. It is also a longish walk from the metro. The surroundings are somewhat old but there are a couple of convenience stores right next door, which was good. The room was tiny, expect no space to walk around once you put your bags down on the minimal floor space. Staff did not speak any English, so expect no help with planning for local transport or sightseeing.
