The service at this hotel was very satisfactory. Smiley faces and willing attitude at all times. Facilities were very well kept. The pool is very nice and not crowded at all. The showers, though need attention since one was not in service and the other one has not hot water. However we could use the great changing rooms in the second level. Breakfast was very good and you have many different options from which to choose. Room service was prompt and good. I asked for linguine and got something else but I am not picky and it did not pose a problem. They called to acknowledge their mistake and offer to change it but I really didn't care. Great place to stay.

The most enjoyable part about our stay in Shanghai was none other than the daily buffet breakfast on the 46th Floor with breathtaking view of the Shanghai City. Although the food spread was nothing to shout about, the service was excellent.

We stayed for a week, hotel seems to be more popular among single travelling business man, not a typical family crowd.
Breakfast buffet was ok, great service there.
Had some issues with TV, and some miscommunication with staff, but altogether stay was OK.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Taikang Rd. is just few minutes walk away, definitely worth checking out, small shops, restaurants and art galleries.

Large, spacious rooms.. big king size bed... huge LCD TV in the room

Being newly acquired under the Pullman hotel group, I must say this hotel is indeed a good bargain for a 5 star quality. Rooms are clean and spacious.. big enough to even have 2 extra beds in it. Location is ok,.. easily accessible to anywhere in Shanghai by cab.

離地鐵站須要走路10分鐘,不過地鐵站一上來就是日月光購物中心,不需要擔心飲食的問題。房間乾淨舒適,拖鞋很舒服,從來沒有穿過這麼舒適的酒店拖鞋~
唯一不好的是櫃台的服務人員不親切,這樣的五星級酒店,服務人員素質卻不好,真的需要好好加強...

给表哥一家订的酒店，要求环境好一点的。这家离家近，五星级。侄子入住后表示满意。就是上网付费。这也没办法，好的酒店就是这个样子，架子端得紧。表哥有很多应酬，这里离地铁近，到市内，机场都方便。打浦桥一圈聚会聚餐去处都很多。总值还可以，明年他们来还可以住这里。

周边打浦桥聚餐方便。酒店本身也有不少选择。
