My stay it was very good, the hotel location is great just 2 blocks from the Pudong international Expo Center, right on Thumb's plaza with a lot of western restaurants and shopping nearby.

There is a slight problem with hot water supply. I have reported it on several occasions over the 6 years that I have used this hotel. My opinion is that its a design fault that has never been rectified.

One of my favourite hotels

i have been using this hotel whenever i'm in shanghai for more than six years, soon after it first opened. it's good location with easy access to the financial district and close proximity to shopping and restaurants enhances it's appeal.
i'm always made to feel welcome and the beds are really comfortable, just what you need after an international flight.
also one of the best breakfasts ever!
i can recomend this hotel without any reservation.

This is my first stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and I am impressed and pleased with the hotel.
I am glad that I made the right choice when going through the list of hotel to book for my stay in Shanghai. The room is nicy and cosy and warm during this cold weather.
Highly recommended to travelers looking for inexpensive but nice hotel with good location!

Great location - near and close to food places, with shoplots and a small shopping mall nearby.
Room is clean and nice, looks modern - not too old. Quiet, and good service. Got complementary 2 bottles of drinking water a day. Like the complementary cookies.
