buffet was so-so, noise from the square A great place if you dont know where to stay...very central and there is a pedestrian walk right next door that goes all the way to the Bund. Clean, large rooms with great views..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : GO to the Shanghai Museum nearby and do the pedestrian walk..but skip the malls...

Location, English speaking staff,Good Quality Rooms and Breakfast.
A truly 5 Star Hotel located in the heart of Shanghai at the begening of the Pedestrian Plaza on Nanjing Street.
We got upgraded from Superior Rooms to Deluxe Rooms on Check in. The Rooms were very well appointed with a seperate small sitting Room, Bed Room and a very good sized Bathroom with seperate Bath, Shower and Toilet areas.
The ambience of the Hotel is top class. The Breakfast that was included in our Room Tariff was of excellent quality.
Most tourist attractions like Nanjing Street, The Bund, Peoples Park or the Fake Market at Tao Bao are within walking distance.
In all, an excellent choice and we got a good price also.
Shopping Tip : Do not get conned by the touts selling Fake products outside the Hotel or on Nanjing Street.
If you want Fake Products go to Tao Bao, which is a 10 minute straight walk from the Hotel.

nearby centre & convient in transportation breakfast need to be improved Overall the hotel is fair good. It is because the excellent location, acceptable services as well as the transportation is conviently. However, it was difficulty to find the taxis in the evening 19-21. Sometimes bellboy of hotel can help us. For me it was nice trip during stay this hotel.

The bed was too hard, not comfortable. The service was extremely good, the staff helped us to take our bags and lead us to the room.
But the bed was too hard, not comfortable. I cant sleep well on that night.The breakfast have lots of choices and they are fresh and tasty. The room is clean but not bright enough. The location is good and very convenient to go shopping and have dinner.

Good location, excellent rooms, connected to multi story shopping center. Great location in shanghai. Stayed only one night at hotel. Very nice 5 star hotel, great location in Shanghai, located next to multi story shopping center with shopping/eating locations. Walking distance to many sites. Excellent buffet breakfast included in room rate. Also have on site fitness center (did not use). There are two towers to the hotel, with a rotating restaurant on top. Check in with Agoda certificate a breeze, simply presented it and we were soon off to our room. Hotel staff excellent, spoke very good english as well.

Nice and beautiful hotel, perfect service with helpful personnel. I had booked for two adults and one kid, but the kid didn't get her one bed, but it was a minor problem. The hotel proposed the familly suite with additional payment. Nice hotel in a beautiful city, the placement in the center with the big shopping center just behind the door was quite appreciated by my wife who adore shopping, the quality of the cuisine was magnificent. The useful advice given by the personnel helped a lot during our 15 days stay in Shanghai, but the roughness of the driving manner made us a little sceptical to visit some other towns. But the hotel was very clean and absolutely wonderful. I personally enjoyed the fitness center and other facilities.
Travel tip : Avoid the tea party offered by nice strangers. It cost us 2200 RMB. But we got our money back, thanks to the hotel´s staff.

Central area of Shanghai, close to main streets, restaurants and shopping.
Clean. Did not find anything negative about this hotel. Great location, and close to restaurants, main street, next to shopping complex. I found the hotel to be clean, and they remade the room twice each day. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful also. I highly recommend this hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Couple of streets behind the hotel offers nice restaurant with authentic food and great dumplings.
