Easy finding via Agoda website.
Room facilities good.
Club at top of hotel took a long time to charge to room- part of hotel or not?
Bathromm needed updating
Iron and ironing board not standard in room.
Prefer separate shampoo and conditioner.
Visited hotel on business. Reception staff quick and friendly. Foyer staff quick and courteous.
Room well outfitted and spacious and very well insulated from traffic. Easy access to City centre and tourist areas via taxi.
Only minor down point- bathroom getting towards needing an update.
All in all, nice hotel at a good price via Agoda.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Easy access via Taxi.

Very conveniently located
Staff speak good English and are very helpful
Japanese and Korean restaurants are very nice
(didn't try the Chinese restaurant)
Gym is great
The room has a fridge
Not noisy despite the location (vicinity of expressway)
Hair dryer is old-style and hard to use
Bathroom is a bit small
Shanghai is a city where you'll find it very difficult to catch a cab at peak hours. Staying at this hotel doesn't make it any easier, but the hotel location is right across the street from Sheraton Hotel, Parkson, Friendship Mall, etc., and even from Gubei area, it's less than 30 minutes' walk.
The staff understood and spoke English pretty well, were very willing to help and very helpful.
I really liked this hotel, and will stay there again if I have next opportunity to visit Shanghai.

Concierge very friendly and helpful... Room Service is good...Clean and nice ambience..
Front Office - not very friendly...had difficulty in swiping my card...though I've checked i have enough credit...ended having to place 1000RMB as deposit and the internet connection expensive..90yuan/day
Overall it was a pleasant stay at the hotel, except for the front office(lack of warmth and welcoming smile) other than that everything else is fine....I guess you can't expect much from a 4 star hotel..
Hotel Feature Tip : Well equipped and very well maintain interior....exterior a bit run down....
