As a business traveller, its important that we have a good place to sleep & rest after a long journey or busy day. I must say that the hotel room has met my expectation, and I enjoyed my stay there during my recent trip. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfortable. The only feature to be added, perhaps is to have a life band at the lobby cafeteria for guests' relaxation. This will also add some vibrancies to the hotel as guests enter the lobby.
Restaurant Tip : There are nearby eateries with interesting cuisine ranging from Chinese to Western food. I am particularly pleased to have found the Queen's Restaurant which serves fantastic local. You can have a wide choice of tim sum or chinese cuisine to your taste buds whether steamed or fried. I enjoyed the steamed fish and poached vegetables which are delicious and fresh and good for health! The price is also very reasonable, and ambience was good except being a little over crowded but its worth waiting to be seated.

The room is very spacious and clean. nice bathrooms as well. Most of the hotel staffs speaks English, and the concierge really helps with directions. Swimming pool and gym is also excellent. A good 5 star hotel!
The only cons is the location is a bit far from Nanjing Road and other city areas. You can get around by taxi, not by foot.
Overall, it is a very nice 5 star hotel. I would stay there again. It is convenient for business travellers, especially for those attending the exhibition at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre.
