A small "shopping center" inside the hotel.

Far away from everything.

The hotel is fine. Nice staff and very helpful. It is a very quiet area. It is very easy to get a taxi, but that is also neccessary as the hotel is located far away from the center of Shanghai. There is no subway or other alternatives to get around in the area.
