We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and the hotel provides shuttle to the airport. It turned out the hotel shuttle only started after 630 am and we had to leave for the airport before 6am. We also waited about 45min when checked in the hotel- we were told that the rooms were not ready. The bathroom floor in the hotel room was very slippery and I had to be very careful not to fall at all times. Food in the hotel restaurant was not tasty. There were very few restaurants close to the hotel.

Convenient for Pudong airport

This is a good choice if doing a night stop-over in Shanghai between Pudong flights. Hotel has a free shuttle bus every hour, which takes about 20 minutes to reach the airport. Room was large and well-furnished. The hotel generally deserves its five-star status; not quite up to standard of better-known international chains in terms of attention to detail (e.g. breakfast was generally good, but cheese quality/selection was below par), but good value for money.

Loved staying at this hotel - it was relaxing and quiet. Staff spoke great English and were kind and helpful. Airport transfer was fast and easy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There isn't anything near by but we were happy just relaxing at the hotel.

Las instalaciones son muy buenas pero está situado en una zona muy mala y alejada de transporte publico de modo que dependes en todo momento del taxi.
La habitación esta totalmente equipada.
No nos pareció correcto que en un hotel de cinco estrellas nos pidiesen fianza por una noche de estancia más cara que el propio precio de la habitación.

這是一所今年才開幕的酒店，所以內裏裝修新、設備好。酒店內的服務員也有禮貌，而且盡能力提供服務。唯一的缺點就是酒店離市區較遠！

깨끗하고 불편한점은 거의 찾아볼수 없을정도로 잘해 놨어요- 친절하기도 하고-

뭔가 아직 자리 잡히지않은 느낌은 있었지만. 전체적으로 뭔가 노력하고 있다는 느낌도 같이 들었던거 같구요- 아직 잘 알려지지 않아서 그런가 사람들이 별루 없더라구요~ 덕분에 조용해서 좋았구요~ 시설은 2010년 지어졌다고 하더니 나무랄데가 없었습니다 깨끗하고 또 깨끗한 느낌. 그리고 반짝반짝- 하지만 교통문제는 좀...;;; 공항에서 20km떨어져있고- 푸동동방명주에서는 거의 한시간 지하철 이용을 해야 합니다- 9시전에 지하철은 끊기고- 넉넉한 시간을 가진 사람이 아니라면 좀 고려해봐야 할... 하지만 호텔은 오성급답게 좋았어요~ 교통문제만 아니라면 꼭!!! 다시 가고 싶어요
