Staff all look very unhappy and they are rude - especially the front desk manager. According to the hotel policy it takes them more than 10 working days to return the credit card deposit to your card after your stay. When questioned about this the woman at the desk simply told us that this policy was our problem to deal with and not hers.
Worth staying here if you are looking for a cheap hotel just for sleeping in but the staff are outrageously rude.
