Facility(room, breakfast) itself is value for money.
Staffs at the reception speak English well, but orher places in the hotel seemed not. With this, I had to reveal what was incorrect. Apparantly one of the staffs didnt explain anytging, so I just did what she asked and this was charged to me. Ground floor is okay to communicate, but other places, you'd better make sure what is going on.
Location is good. You can walk to the station and attractions.
