my booking cannot be retrieved when i first arrived the hotel.
incompetence stuff - not sure about if they don't speak english or lack of training.
poor internet connection i'd need to go out of hotel looking somewhere with wifi

Hotel is good but location is not conivent

The hotel looks very new. The lobby is awesome and nice. Teh reception is good and very friendly. The Room is big, new and clean. The hotel has Parking lot in 1st floor and basement with free of charge. The location didn't close to subway and needs to take taxi. it is about 10-20 minutes from the hotel to subway station.
