A business hotel with no in room wi-fi
Large room, conveniently located in Changning. No 3rd reason.

I have no expectation on any Ho-Jo hotels anyways and certainly not much from this hotel, the only reason I picked this hotel is because it is close to my business partner office. However, when I discovered that there's no in room wi-fi, I have decided that this hotel I will never stay again (*well, unless it is free or close to free). Also, you will be better off eating instant noodle in your room than their restaurant.
