Richard L. Couples Australia, May 11, 2013	Ok but disappointing good decor in room - nothing else 6.3 We wouldn't choose it again. The 'hotel' is weird and the service is poor. The locality is not bad but not great. We'd make a different choice next time. You should send omeone to stay there and see for yourselves. The photos of the hotel are contrived - ther are no gardens - you look out on a preschool! The dining area is the hotel reception and we never worked out where the kitchen was - in some place far away - breakfast took forever to happen even with very few guests to serve. They advertise late checkout in the room but don't honour it. there is only one English speaking channel on the TV and no instructions for how to find it. The more I think about it the worse it seems.

Couples United Kingdom, April 15, 2013	Frustrating The balcony with opening french windows onto it and overlooking a park, a comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom. 6 A lovely hotel spoilt by staff who could not speak or understand even the most basic english. There were never enough staff on duty at breakfast so it regularly took over an hour. My advice would be to book room only and eat out.
