Definitely don't get confused with the Mandarin Hotel chain, this is far from it, but no service issues. The room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. For the same price though, I think I'd rather stay at a boutique hotel that has nicer decor, free breakfast and internet. Selection of TV channels was good, more international programs and movie channels that other hotels I've stayed at.

the hotel is a little bit dated, most notably the bathrooms but overall the standard is perfectly acceptable. the location is outstanding and it's a decent alternative to the pricier portman across the street. the check-in procedure could be streamlined as it always takes quite a while.

the hotel is walking distance from one of the best shopping locations so there is plenty to see in leisure time. a variety of eating out places are also close by so there is no problem if you are hungry at odd hours. the rooms are a bit small, but comfortable. the gym and the pool also provide for good past time.
Shopping Tip:
The top designers of the world are practically outside the hotel door. They are more expensive than what you will get them for in UK, but the variety is different and good!

Hotel is good ....but they have not given me the deluxe room commited while booking.....they gave a twin bed room where as we paid for deluxe room...anyway i have not asked to change as well because that hardly matter to me. But they should do such things by their own. They should give the rooms as booked & charged.
Shopping Tip:
Good quality products availble in near by market...great collection as well.
