it was pleasant and comfortable,the staff was always willing to help with directions and restaurant recommendation. the pillar in my bedroom was always in the way.but we got used to it after a while. the business centre should allow at least 15 minutes free internet access for hotel guests----to do on-line flight check-in and printing of boarding passes

Staff was great, rooms were clean, executive floor snacks and wine in the afternoon was excellent.

I had a good stay at the marriot , staff was friendly, located was good. Cabs are difficult to find , but overall was a good stay.

Excellent hotel with a great location.
Hotel is clean, service is fantastic and and the staff at the executive floors were excellent.

Location was fantastic, easy access to the subway and walking distance to street mall and shopping mall. Subway was a great help to many places.
Marriot stay was really a 5 star stay with special treatments. All was good and highly recommended.
Only one disappointment, unable to watch any pay TV channel or live soccer channel.

Raffles shopping centre.

booking in a short notice, some problem when check-in because the hotel didn't receive the reservation because it is late time on Saturday. But the staff in receiption is good, so I'm happy with the service. And the room is great!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
near people square and east nanjing road, but not easy to find, even the taxi drive didn't know the location, mixed it up with Marriott JW which is close but in west nanjing road

Very good service apart from not being able to call a taxi for us on a Saturday night when we had a dinner reservation. There was a good variety of food at breakfast. The gym was well equipped but unfortunately the swimming pool was being repaired.
