overall my stay was ok
very quiet, walk to metro station and railway station

my stay was average at this hotel, the hotel is situated near the railway station and also line 1, line 3 and line 4 metro but you need a very healthy leg to walk to the station, very far for any restaurant except McDonald on the other side.

The hotel was very nice, it is about 2 minutes walk from Shanghai station and the subway which was very convinient. You can catch bus 929 and it will take you to the centre of the city in like 10 minutes which we found way a lot easier than the subway. the staff were nice but don't speak much english. the breakfast buffet was included so can't realy complain but not many western options.

Location, food and hotel service are all not good
I really can't figure out what are best 3 things.

I was informed by hotel staff that i can only utilize one breakfast, Then they let me have 2 breakfast for 1st day.We face same problem again on second day, obviously official in reception hall never changed their record. Again i have to argue with officer to tell them that i suppose to have 2 breakfast. Breakfast not many choices. Another things is mineral water given is expired already. I known it is given for free and i shouldn't complain much but i just feel they are not sincere. They never bother to replenish on second day and gave those already expired.
