Shocking room ... in need of major refurbishment... Will never stay again. Reception staff are not polite and not helpful. Did not mention breakfast finish at 9am. Most hotel breakfast will finish around 10am. We got there a bit after nine and they did not give us a chance to have the complimentary breakfast, after a bit of discussion we got a few small miserable cakes... that was it.
