Great place. Bed very hard but otherwise perfect, right in the centre.
It was very hot and if it had a pool it would have got 10 out of 10.

Excellent place
Nice room. Free Wi-Fi, mini bar, pool. Concierge was very helpful. Decent prices for laundry. Had a room on the 27th floor - Nice view. Only weird little complaint is that they pump in some heavy perfume into the lobby. Some might find that enjoyable, but I found it to be a little intense and wanted to leave the lobby as quickly as possible. The rest of the hotel did not have that smell.

Great location, can't say much else is great about this place
We came here for an evening stay and by the time we checked in, it was already in the evening. There was absolutely no service to begin with and when we came back after dinner, the entire lobby smelled like disinfectant and a public bathroom combined together to form a happy union. We had to ask how to get to the lifts and when we got to the room, the safe wasn't working properly and it took an hour for someone to come upstairs after 2 phone calls. The location, however, is excellent so if you don't care about where you stay and the comfort level of the hotel, this can be an option for you to walk straight into the centre of Shanghai.
