There are many international travelers staying at this hotel. To my surprise, the staffs are really accommodating and friendly. The restaurant with a great terrance is really nice and cheap! Will definitely come back again!

Executive room was very comfortable. Staff spoke very good English. Convenient location.

Booked this hotel because the reviews were all so positive. We were very satisfied with the Executive room we had. The hotel was an easy walk to the subway and the Bund and YU Gardens. Will stay here next time we are in Shanghai. Need to mention that Nills ?? one of the very capable staff went out of his way to be helpful. A good experience all round.

I got upgraded to a family suite for my 1-night stay. The family suite is very nice and large and a lot of amenities are available. There are also an expresso machine and a microwave in the room!! Wifi is free and fast. The hotel is located very close to the yu yuan subway station and this station is very central and accessible to many major attractions!

a really pleasent experience. Check-in was good. Exceptionally attentive staff who did everything they could to help. The hotel is ideally located Short walk to subway. Buses at door. They actually had a european trainee with excellent english which made things so much easier Breakfast more than adequate with cereals eggs cooked fresh etc

I spent a few days in Shanghai with my sister and we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Doesn't look very charming from the outside but has very nice and elegant rooms, a modern bathroom and an excellent price. Nils, the foreign relations manager, took care of as the staff only had basic English skillsThere is a Starbucks, a bakery and a supermarket right around the corner, Huaihai Lu is in walking distance, also the Yu garden and the Bund
