Reasonable room conditions.
Free compliment usage of mini-bar but limited to non-alcoholic drinks, room was huge with various designs and location was superb.

Despite for asking for high floor, they were only able to accommodate low floor for 2 rooms booking for 4days stay, toilet besin was a bit smelly occasionally and towel was rough to use. Try asking for late checkout but was only able to provide at 2pm.

Wonderful front end staff good english happy to help. Older looking hotel outside but once inside very calming hotel rooms amazing, stayed in the executive city view very large room free mini bar drinks biscuits, amazing coffee to try, very clean hotel great breakfast many food groups something for everyone. Customer service always friendly and smiling nothing a bother, wonderful Nordic girl in restaurant was extremely helpful when ordering food also her knowledge to assist with several questions asked. Thankyou staff SSAW Hotel.

Clean and Pleasant
