The only issue is that it is far North of the Bund, not actually on the Bund's main attractions. Also, taxi drivers don't know where it is, so it's important to have the directions in Chinese.

The only drawback is the location because it's not on the Bund but actually north of the Bund far away from the shopping. 7.7 It was important to have the exact hotel street address and phone number in both English and Chinese in order for the taxi drivers to be able to find this hotel because most were not familiar with it by name alone.
