good service & good location
The massage center not honest to customer.
Good location to stay and only 10 min walking distance to Nanjing Lu (pu xing jie). Hotel facilities comfortable & clean.
we get to know a promotion from hotel massage center but when we want to redeem from them, they only told us that not enough manpower to serve us if we take the promotion package and if we take the normal package then everything ready. (recommanded not to go)

The location of the hotel, really 5 min to go to NANJIN DONG LU. The rooms are enough comfortable.
The internet in the rooms is slow... and the price is not incuded ( + 80 RMB for 24hours use )
The location of the BUND HOTEL is very convenient, near the pedestrian road NANJIN DONG LU, and the subway station. All kind of restaurants and markets are near the Hotel. The rooms are clean, enough large. The hotel seems not noisy, that's great. i didn't try the restaurant, because around it have so many kind of other restaurants !!! It have also, in front of the hotel, a boulangerie ( french bred & good coffee !!! ).

Excellent Room (deluxe). Top class coffee shop across the road (Paris Baguette) Really helpful concierge staff and reception staff too.
An excellent hotel, located in the heart of the Bund Shopping area, within easy walking distance of Metro Station and thus all the attractions of Shanghai. We felt that the rooms and staff were really excellent. Would certainly return there and recommend it to our friends.
Travel tip : The wonderful Paris Baguette Bakery and coffee shop across the road was great for breakfast.

Location and cheap while being clean and safe.
Room size a little small.
The Bund Hotel is a fantastic hotel in a prime location within walking distance to many local Shanghai tourist attractions. Local subway station is also within a 10 min walk placing you anywhere in town on the cheap public transport system. Staff are friendly and more than willing to let you in on local secrets.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Learn the rail network which is really close and convenient.

Concierge provided good restaurant recommendations nearby for the local delicacy 'hairy crab' and Shanghainese food.
Shopping Tip : Take the Maglev from Pudong airport (an experience at 430kmph and Y40), then a taxi or seven stops on the metro for the rest of the way. Cheaper and more interesting than a taxi the whole way (Y150)

internet must be paid, and, staff of the reception and concierge could be more useful and friendly. are a disaster
We liked this hotel overall, we had a good room with good view. breakfast seemed expensive, and the concierge and reception staff very bad, very unkind and unhelpful. area but this hotel near the Bund is anything but pretty dirty and the only good thing about it is just a diagonal panaderia West to hotel.
