Room big and very clean.
Very helpful staff and great service !
Chinese rest. was too expensive and not much choice .
The decoration was nice. Location was good, it took only RMB $25 to go to most major locations.
Overall, value for money and hotel is good and clean. Less than 10mins walk from Nanjing East and metro train station.
I'm enjoy staying here & would come back again if visit again Shanghai !

we stayed in a riverview room, with views of the pearl tower an suzhou river... the room is rather small (26 sqm) but reasonably clean... the hotel staff are helpful (maybe because we speak chinese)... we didn't try the in-house restaurants so can't comment... but the lift is slow...
location-wise, it's quite okay... cut across 3 streets and u're in the shopping street...
overall for the price i have no complaints...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : we had a problem getting taxi back to the hotel from the pearl tower... apparently the taxi drivers do not want to cross the tunnel over to huangpu area... in the end we had to rush to take the metro...
also, u may not want to pay the premium for a riverview room... cause they turn off the lights at the bund and the pearl tower after 10pm to save electricity...

Clean & value for money. Proximity to Nanjing East road & just approx. 5-10mins walk. Can also drop by to morning market along the way to Nanjing East road to have lite breadfast.
So far cannot spot any...
I've also ask for hotel service to buy me the train ticket from Shanghai to Hangzhou....I think it is reasonable service cost charges...RMB20/pax...
Overall, I'm enjoy staying here & would come back again if visit again Shanghai..
