Located near Qi Pu Lu, and near Bu Xing Jie. Bell boys are helpful.

Located in area selling industrial hardware and a lot of construction going on.

Riverview is not fantastic, counterstaff are not friendly nor helpful, hotel located in an area where there are many shops selling construction and DIY hardware, a lot of construction work going on in surrounding area. Decided not to stay there when visiting Shanghai again.

Shopping Tip : Qi pu lu where there are relatively cheap clothing and accessories is nearby.

Our stay at the Riverside Bund Hotel was for one night the four of us enjoyed our room,very clean and well fitted out.The food in the diningg room was exff were very friendlycellent,all the sta

nothing to dislike once you arrived in the lobby,the entrance from the road was a little off putting,once inside very grand

We travel to Shanghai twice a year on business,we have stayed at various hotels,including the Oriental Riverside Hotel,the Bund Riverside was in our opinion the very best for value and also for the location,there were shops near by,and it was easy to walk to the river Bund from the hotel,our first choice on our next trip to China will be the Bund Riverside Hotel,keep us a couple of rooms please

Good location

Bad service

Hotel is good location. When you have breakfast at the hotel, you can see the nice view. However, the air condition is too hot. I asked someone to fix it and they just did nothing. I set the tempt at 16 but probably in my room should be more than 26 C. I couldn't sleep well at all. Terrible service.

Shopping Tip : Only 5 mins walk to Nangjing Rd.
