New, Excellent service and excellent location This is a fantastic hotel that I would return and recommend to others. Prices now are not too high as it just opened it's door. Excellent location in Nanjing Road. Staff are well trained and service is excellent. With it's limited space, the hotel has created a cosy environment. The usual Langham's lobby fragrance makes your day feels better. Nice decor with small balcony that face the busy street that allow you to enjoy a cool breeze during autumn time.

Very good location, directly beside Nanjing Lu. Very nice Hotel with stylish design form the old time. Very good check in staff and procedure, nice and clean rooms. Over all anyway to reccomend It was still in soft opening, so some bad things happen, like lazy room service and noisy breakfast and particulary a bit arrogant staff. Most bad, no parking avalabilitys After blaming on the bad things excellent and very quick reaction from the management. We belive they will eliminate the "problems" very soon and after that the Hotel will be perfect and equal to Langham Hotels in Hong Kong or London. We will stay there again for sure. Star is always wit trouble, so it will be much better for sure

a little bit too dark at the lobby, bar and corridors. the renovation of the hotel's facade has been very properly done, the hotel looks very nice with its art deco style. The rooms are also very beautifully decorated. The double bed, pillows and duvet were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and well lit up. The products (shampoo, shower gel, moisturizer) offered were of very good quality as well.
Nightlife Tip : Not too far (5 minutes cab ride) from Xin Tian Di area.
