Be prepared for non English speaking staff

The steam room was broken and it was exceptionally difficult to communicate to staff due to the lack of English spoken.
The young man at concierge had an attitude problem and was most unhelpful ... They hardly ever topped up the tea making facilities in the room and to get milk to put in

ベッドメーキングの教育の良さ、トイレと風呂が別々になっているところシャワーブースがあり快適でした。

いつもパッケージツアーで旅行に行っていましたが娘の勧めでagodaでホテルを取って頂きました正月にもかかわらず格安で大満足です。これからも、どんどん活用しようと思います。知人にも教えてあげたら興味をもっていました。
