The hotel is not big, but we cannot compare it with the resorts located in surburb areas. The location is really good. We can go shopping or grab meals easily. I really like the french window and bathtub, nice view! Regarding the facilities and service, no big difference or sparkling points from other 5* hotels.

Fantastic Cutting Edge Hotel

The Puli sets a new standard for the hotel experience. Everything about the room is designed for personal convenience. The position of the light switches, the shower knob, the view etc. One feels extremely pampered that so much thought has gone into all the minute details.
And little things such as the 'technology box' in the cupboards and the free mini bar with nespresso machine, the fantastically soft slippers just makes me not want to leave.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There was no ironing board or iron in the room but if you called up, they will bring it to you.
Do not miss out on the fantastic breakfast and do use the pool facilities as they are great!

Beautiful Hip Cutting Edge Hotel

The Puli has set the bar really high when it comes to hotel design. The architect obviously intended to provide a different experience from the time one gets dropped off, thru the unconventional lobby and to the reception area.
The pool facilities are beautiful and designed for such an intimate private experience that it is a must see. The breakfast is exceptional.
Everything in the rooms seem to be very well thought out for the convenience of the traveller.
Nightlife Tip:
The Puli is located at the fringe of the Former French Concession are which has many interesting little bars and restaurants. I recommend going to El Coctel for best cocktails i've ever had, then to JZ for some live jazz.

Great Hotel Hidden Away
Really nice pool, don't forget to bring a swimming costume.

The Hotel was nice, the service was excellent. I informed the reception that the wifi signal in my room was poor. When I came back to the hotel later on it was fixed.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Use the pool, I can stay there for hours.

This is so far the best and the most beautiful hotel I've ever stay. beautiful design, great service, nice spa, every facility indicate the unique taste of this hotel. Anyway I'm satisfy for every aspect of this hotel

It's walking distance to the most highend shopping mall with all the luxury brands and also the new luxury brands

Maybe a guide to how to use the Nespresso machine would be helpful.
plus, the dodgy advery pop ups on the tv even when i never on the tv freaked me out a couple of time.
Besides it, the hotel was a nice and relaxing stay.
