Subject to price have made this hotel my preferred when staying in Shanghai. The location is central, the facilities excellent and the service good. At full price it can be a little expensive relative to alternatives.

Amazing, beautiful, perfect hotel experience

This is hotel to which all other hotels should aspire to be. From the minute you step into the lobby you'll feel relaxed. ITs perfectly decorated with Anitiques and a modern, serene look and that is just the lobby. I was in a deluxe club room on the 22nd floor and the room is exceptional. This is a room that you barly want to leaeve, all electronis curtains, dimmer switches, wonderful soaker tub with bath salts, robes, slippers and an evening turn down with bookmards and bedtime stories. The mini bar is included and packed with pop, beer, tea and snacks. I did not have the breakfast buffet included but it looked wonderful if you enjoy buffets. I ordered a la carte and had poached eggs with cheery tomatoes. On my last day I ordered rooms service which was fast and great. The last part of the hotel which was teh highlight for me was the spa. ITs clean and stocked with products, a great workout facility, steam room, Sauna, hot tub and a fantastic lap pool. I can not think of one thing to change or improve with this hotel. The location is also perfect and right on the line 2 subway. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Puli really is an excellent hotel. It is in a great part of Shanghai, close to everything. The best part of the hotel is definitely the service: everyone there does their best to make you feel welcome. The room itself was flawless with modern decor and a great view, beautiful finishing and turndown service at night. All in all, a wonderful place to stay!
