For the money, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are much nicer hotels in Shanghai with better service. The staff is young and not well trained which is common in most boutique hotels. But if you want to stay in a handsomely decorated luxury boutique hotel and don't mind the high prices, this is your place.
