Very disappointed.
I could only find one good thing for this hotel. It is closed to Pudong Airport

Many things in the room were not working. The closet light won't not turn off. Shower door could not close. Shower heads did not work properly. I had water coming out from overhead and hand held shower heads at the same time. Very limited breakfast choices. Smoke smell in non-smoking room. The window near the ceiling was opened and I could hear the street noises all the times.

Nice airport hotel, but NO Internet and over price

It was fine for a night near Pu Dong airport. However, there is no Internet in the room. Internet only available on ground floor and restaurant floors. There is only one set of sofa in the lobby and was permanently occupied by some very lound local Chinese. Hotel Shuttle bus to the airport only available once an hour by request.

Great place to stay if you are having a 1 night stop over in shanghai. Metro station only 2 min walk. Nice artwork in lobby and every floor. Great place to stay would highly recommend

The airport shuttle pickup at 2355 hrs did not turn up even though I had called in advance to book. Eventually the hotel called me to arrange for my own transport which they will reimburse. Ended up in a taxi cab with adisgruntled cabby who waited in line for hours only to get a 15 min ride. Defeats the purpose of choosing this hotel for its proximity to the airport. Bathroom had a strange smell of poor plumbing. But luckily it was still clean, despite the lingering unpleasant smell.
