It was too Location, interior design, restaurant 5.7 Disappointing as the air conditioning was not turned on. This was a decision made by the hotel manager for some arbitrary reason. My room was very hot at over 26.5 C and when asked to turn on A/C i was told by the front desk, it is off for the night, just open the window? Completely unacceptable. This went on for the first two nights of a three night stay.

Business travelers United States of America, February 03, 2013	Great modern and interesting hotel Location, restaurant, comfort 8.3 i had the studio room between the 2nd and 3rd floors and my stay was very pleasant. aside from some noise through the wall from water pipes, the room was very relaxing and peaceful. a great bonus is a free happy hour from 5 to 7 pm every day.

The level of service was second to none. Upon our arrival the front desk knew who we were before I could even say anything (they are either psychic, or we were the last guest to check in for the night... probably the latter). I've never experienced a more seamless and quick check in, in my entire life. The entire process took about 15-20 seconds. The front desk attendant just asked for our passports, and had a bellhop immediately escort us up to our rooms. While we were getting settled in (in the room) they processed all of our stuff and then brought up passports back up to the room. Easy peasy. After the flight and cab right, I was ready for a drink (or 5) to unwind before I hit the city. Lucky for us, we arrived just as the daily happy hour started. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they offered complimentary snacks and beverages at the bar. A few beers and a sandwich later, and I was ready to go. The room itself was a good size and was well designed and decorated. The bed was plenty comfortable and the wifi signal was solid. Really I had nothing to complain about. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was much better than your typical hotel breakfast fare. Unfortunately I did not stop in for breakfast every morning as my schedule was pretty busy on some days. My loss. I would definitely stay here again in the future. In fact, it would be my top choice the next time I am in Shanghai.

Happy hour and free breakfast 8.3 Beautiful design hotel with cool architecture, good restaurant and helpful staff. Good location, not far from metro. Happy hour and free breakfast was worth the extra spend. Perfect place to relax in the city and feel pfectly at home. Brunch menu was a fantastic deal too.
