Poor Location but otherwise a good hotel

the major problem that we could notice is that beside a couple of staff at the reception no one else could understand english. neither at the housekeeping nor at the restaurant.we have a tough time to order anything with hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Please make sure you learn some Chinese before you get into this hotel or you may face a tough time.

Good location but lots of indoor smokers

Hotel rooms are great with very comfortable beds and pillows, but in smoking rooms they may smell. Rooms facing the main road will endure constant blaring of horns in the mornings, as it is at a busy intersection. Rooms are very comfortable for the price, but air in the lobby is bad - due to the number of smokers, and most of the staff have limited English. The breakfast provided is merely to stave off hunger!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Request for non-smoking room and one that does not face the main road

not a english speaking friendly hotel

Being Indonesian only speaking English, I found it very hard to get any info in English (ask for taxi, prices, where to go etc). The staff tried to help but so difficult due to their limited English. unfortunately this hotel is not suitable as an International Hotel.
The only very helpful staff was the Bellboy who tried his best to speak English, but when we asked for taxi, he made a mistake regarding time of ordering Taxi.
The breakfast was way below the standard for an International Hotel in Shanghai as I have experience with range of Hotels in Shanghai.
The location was not very hard to find, the metro is in walking distance however, we had some trouble when we showed the hotel address on hotel cardkey to the taxi driver whos not from Pudong Area, they still have difficulties finding this hotel.

overall the stay was good except that the breakfast was very limited and there was no chice, but the compensation was that there were lot of local shops nearby . easily accessible way to trade fair

Location very near MTR station (10mins walk).
Nearby hotel have very good restorant,massage,hair salon and etc...

Really i'm like this hotel so much, staff are very friendly and very helpfull, especially bell boy
Room is big, have a computer inside and you can online 24hours if you want, free internet.
This hotel about 10 minute walking to YangXi MRT Station.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Is very near to Shanghai International Expo Centre (SIEC)
