location is relatively good
shower has so little water pressure that it is almost impossible to take shower
toilet can fit only a slim person
noise isolation is poor
do not trust pictures on web sites - they do not reflect actual conditions of room and furniture, which has been used for years without any maintenance

the location was excellent, right in the heart of things in only a few minutes walk.
the appartments themselves we thought were a little tired and could do with some tlc!
our first room the bathroom drains were blocked and the smell of raw sewerage was enough to make us want out, we were moved to an appartment on another floor. when we went in there, we found the fridge was filthy and had someone elses food in it, and the matress on the bed had broken springs, so we got moved again. the third room was adequate. not the cleanest room we have ever seen it has to be said! the drains still werent smelling too great, and the builders working in the next room from 8 am were enough to make sure that we couldnt relax in the appartment.
all in all a bit dissapointed. to sum it up, its in a great location, but dirty and much much too expensive for the quality of room/service.

The receptionist counter is not as classy as others four star hotel. However, the hotel is generally good and all the facilities are complete inside the room.
