I have never experienced such poor service at a front desk in any hotel. It took over 2 hours for the staff to find our reservation. Initially, they would not even honor my reservation even though I showed them two forms of confirmation for my hotel booking. Their English language skills were poor. And worst of all, they would not allow me to call Agoda's Customer Service number to verify my hotel booking. Only after I used up $88 worth of time on my SIM card would they allow me to use their phone to make a long distance phone call. I have never experienced such poor service and was severely disappointed by this experience.
Relatively close to the metro station. Drinking water available within rooms.
Poor service from front desk. Bathrooms are old.
