Business travelers Taiwan, May 07, 2013	comfortable and good place Good breakfast good place, comfortable room. 7.7 我们在4/30 check in,预定的房间是Delux room,当时前台给我们一间侧街的房间,发觉很小且侧街又吵,我们电话告知柜台要求换房间,前台又给我们一间正靠街的房间,但更吵,前台服务员告知没有房间,气得我们找前台经理,才换了一间靠花园的房间. 我在预订房时就已经告知Agoda,希望房间能靠花园且安静,但我们发觉Agoda根本没有处理此讯息,之前透过Booking.com订房,有提出特殊要求酒店无法做到,Booking.com都会事前通知. 今天问题是,酒店不是没有房间,我们也事先提出要求,但似乎包括Agoda都置之不理,令人失望. 酒店大致硬件良好,早餐也不错,虽然样式不多,但都还精致,最后也能延后时间退房,整体除了check in 外,我对酒店的印象良好.值得再入住.
